Yateera

Let me present: Yateera the Twili Great Fairy. For a long time I have wanted to designs a Great Fairy of the Twilight Realm, and here’s the result. I might make more later, but for now, this is the only one I have.

Yateera is an incredibly tall being with two sets of freakishly long arms, elongated nails, six wing-like structures hovering over her upper back, neon teal hair separated into seven parts, and missing an eye.

For being an intimidating person Yateera is in fact rather humble. However she is never to mess with or underestimate since she possesses immense amount of power and she is far from afraid to display it. She is aware of her look causing some discomfort for people, even in such a world like the Twilight Realm, and has enhanced it by not letting her left eye heal back after a battle against another powerful being in a war long ago. She let the eye socket stay empty and patched over it with shadows (as I believe the dark markings on Twilis is both skin and manipulated shadows). The “wings” on her back are more for show than anything else. However when she floats they can a movement like they are slowly flapping or swaying back and forth, looking kinda like they do aid her to stay in the air, the wings can disappear and materialized at will. The seven parts of her hair are al separated by seven identical metal-rings. Her four arms are the same with equal length and equally long nails, but only the upper arms have the glowing runes. On her chest she has two identical non-glowing runes. Her toes also have long and sharp nails but are nowhere near as long as her finger nails. Her overall build is tall, lanky, and slightly muscular. I would also like to note she always has a stare in her eye, almost constantly with a sharp and focused pupil.

One of her trade mark abilities is to morph her hands into gigantic shadow-hands which can change size and length at will (if the upper arms are morphed they lose the glowing runes as long as they stay morphed).

Also featured in this picture is a magical artifact known as Yateera’s pulse (the diamond-shaped object in her right upper hand). Few know what this artifact can actually cause, but it’s said it can enhance one’s powers incredibly much.

Yateera has another form too, one I simply call "Lesser form". In this form she looks more like an every day Twili, and she uses this to blend in and mingle with the Twilis as her true form tend to make the Twilis either nervous or acting up too much to please her. She rather meets them face to face while being treated more equally, however she always craves respect. (A drawing of this form will be posted in a near future)

Edit!: I forgot, I would like to add some things about her design, some specific part I took inspiration from when it comes to this Great Fairy: Her double set of arms comes from the Great Fairies of Wind Waker (and other games alike), I have this things fro arms hahahahaha, her Wings were inspired from the Great Fairy from Twilight Princess, I adore that large-ness look she gets from the wings and I wanted to add that mighty feeling to my character as well, and her hair was inspired from the Great Fairies of Ocarina of Time and Majora's Mask, I have always liked their hair!
